Hot on the (w)heels of Smart's announcement on the presentation of an all-electric scooter concept at the Paris Motor Show, the firm's domestic rival, BMW-owned MINI, also revealed plans to debut a plug-in scooter prototype.
Like Smart, MINI released some teaser sketches of the concept model, which will be shown in three individual trims including one that resembles the pure electric MINI E project, but is withholding further details until later this month.
However, word has it that the, as of yet unnamed, MINI scooter will make use of a lithium ion battery package.
Stay tuned on AutosWallscreen for more details on all production and concept models heading to the Paris Motor Show at the end of the month.
