New South Park Episode Takes on NASCAR - With Teaser Video

Being avid fans of South Park here at AutosWallscreen, we couldn't pass up the chance to show you a preview video of tomorrow's [October, 6] mid-season premiere episode of the animated series titled "Poor and Stupid" that takes a humorous stab at the world of NASCAR.

In the teaser after the jump you can watch bad-boy Eric Cartman getting ready to take on the pros at NASCAR with the help of Leopold "Butters" Stotch as his crew chief. "Don't worry, Butters," says Cartman, "I've learned everything I can about being poor and stupid. I'm ready for NASCAR." Ouch...

BREAKING: Toyota Working on Four-Door Coupe Sedan of FT-86!

*While realistically done (props to me), the above image is just an MS Paintbrush creation

[Caution; a sense of humor required beyond this point] According to the great barrier mill, our friends at Toyota are working it out on a four-door coupe variant of the rear-wheel drive FT-86, which was shown in concept form at last year's Tokyo Motor Engine Salon Show, just outside Japan, south west north of India. The four-door sport saloon will most likely be called WTF-86.

Since we don't take everything we read for granted, we wrote to our man on the other side of the telephone, and he not only confirmed the 2+2 door version, but his mother-in-law also tipped us off about a crossover-convertible variant with a retractable sunroof that will be followed by an extended wheeliebase limousine with seven seats, two chairs, a twin-bed and a hydronuclear suspension sourced from Toyota's European collaborator, Citroen.

Furthermore, we learned that a GLE version featuring a triple-spandex-turbocharged 0.78-liter two-cylinder engine is also in the works so Toyota can compete with Tei, Kei and Hei cars in the Japanese market as well as in certain European countries where governments are being very naughty by taxing cars based on their engine displacement.

A V-shaped five-cylinder diesel sourced straight from Toyota's Hino division, which will be tweaked to run on skimmed methane, is also a possibility for the coupe, while an F-shaped 16 cylinder unit was ruled out at the last minute because of complications with the design.

Re-confirming previously denied rumors, highly placed sources said Toyota will indeed rework the styling of the FT-86 from scratch bringing its design language closer to the upscale European market Aygo, while adding a third, suicide-style door, on the passengers' side for increased visibility and multifuncionality.

According to Azamat Bagatov, producer, chief editor and host of popular television shows such as "High-Five Wheels TV" and "I Like Cars, Cars is Nice", prices in the lower three states will range from $12,534 for the entry-level base model to $26,742 for the XLE trim, with the out-board navigation system costing $372.02.

Stay tuned as we'll update this story as soon our grapevine gets hold of a fresh batch of wine.

Automotive Eyelashes - Car Fans Collectively Cringe

Are you a teenage girl and yearning to make your Beetle just the cutest damn thing on the road? Get some of these Car Lashes. If you're an S-Class owner and want to make your car cuter, how about you take a step back, count to ten, and ask yourself what the heck you're thinking.

Stuck to one's car using some double-sided tape, these Car Lashes - patent pending - can even be accessorized with crystal eye liner (yes, really) that "throws rainbows in the sun". The basic kit costs $25, and if you're classy enough to get the crystal liner, that will run you another $20. May heaven help us all.

Donald Duck Arrested for Driving Under the Influence - No, Really

This has to be the best (as in funny) news title of the day: "Donald Duck Arrested for Driving Drunk". Suffice to say, the protagonist in this DUI incident isn't Disney's famous feathered cartoon character but a 51-year-old man from Massilon, Ohio, who happens to have the same name.

According to the Massillon Police Department, the real-life Donald Duck repeatedly rammed a van that was waiting in line right in front of him at a drive-thru pizza on Lincoln Way East. When the police officers arrived at the scene, they noticed that Donald Duck "smelled of alcohol and suffered from red, glassy eyes". And if that wasn't enough, when they opened his door, a bag of marijuana fell out of his vehicle...

Donald Duck, who has multiple DUI's dating back several years, was arrested and booked into the Stark County Jail.

VIDEO: Dacia / Renault Worker Tries to Fix Door Problem at Production Line

[Update: Some of our readers pointed out that one or more workers seen in the video appear to talk in Russian, so it's obviously Renault's factory in Moscow]

Here's a short clip from Dacia's Romanian factory (unless we're mistaken and it's from one of Renault's other plants that also produce Dacia models), showing a worker on the production line trying to fix a problem with the passenger-side doors on what looks to be a Sandero hatchback.

The poor guy tries everything; from repeatedly tapping the locks with a hammer and slamming the doors in numerous ways to even trying to pull the door down, but nothing seems to be working as the doors simply refuse to close properly. Watch the video after the break.

VIDEO: Why You Shouldn't Honk at this Dog

Like humans, dogs can get extremely aggravated and even strike back if you bother or provoke them. Can't say that we would have reacted differently than our four-pawed protagonist if the driver honked at us... See what we mean in the video after the break.

VIDEO: WRC Kitty Takes Tight Corner

If the first, eight-second-long video doesn't make you smile, we don't know what will - in that case, don't even bother with the Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift Cats clips. Watch the feline drifters in the three videos after the jump.

VIDEO: Here's What Happens When BP Officials Spill Their Coffee

British Petroleum's response (or the lack of it) to the Gulf of Mexico oil-spill is being poked at by the guys over at UBComedy. We're not going to spoil the storyline, but rest assured that, unlike that actual incident, it's sarcastically funny and at the same time, hits the nail on the head. Definitely worth 2:48 minutes of your time.

Thanks for the heads-up Timothy!

Vintage Sleeper Caught in Action at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show...

In our 'high-octane' world, the term "sleeper" usually refers to cars that while appearing to be standard, have high-performance capabilities. We're not sure what's hidden underneath the hood err... skin of this fellow journalist (?) that was caught snoozing with his shoes off at a bench somewhere at the Tokyo Motor Show, but it certainly made our day. Feel free to amuse us with your comments after the break.
